From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 we supported 17 employers and 187 individuals dealing with redundancy.

As of the 31 March 2025 there were 928 Modern Apprentices in training.

From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 we supported 645 Modern Apprenticeship starts. 50.5% of the starts in the local area were aged 16-24.

The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in Dumfries & Galloway is 81.9%.

From 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025 we delivered 14,254 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 7,338 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

As at the 31 May 2025 of the 8,130 maintained school pupils in the local authority, 90% were registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 we delivered 3,722 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 1,460 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The December 2024 Interim Participation Snapshot showed that of the 6,444 16-19 year olds in Dumfries & Galloway 92.7% were in education, employment or training and personal development.

We work with local partners to support Foundation Apprenticeships.
