Key data from Clackmannanshire

PACE is a demand led service responding to redundancies in the local area. Between 1 of April and 30 June 2021, there was no requirement for PACE support for either employers or individuals.

As of the 25 June 2021 there were 405 Modern Apprentices in training.

From 1 April to 25 June 2021 we supported 36 Modern Apprenticeship starts. 66.7% of the starts in the local area were aged 16-24.

The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in Clackmannanshire is 84.7%.

From 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2021 we delivered 2,317 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 1,283 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

From 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2021 of the 2,558 maintained school pupils in the local authority, 72% were registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

My World of Work

From 1 April to 25 June 2021 we funded 16 Employability Fund starts.

From 1 April to 30 June 2021 we delivered 398 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 185 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The 2021 Annual Participation Measure showed that of the 1,943 16-19 year olds in Clackmannanshire 90.0% were in education, employment or training and personal development.

In 2020-21 there were 10 registered Graduate Apprentices with a home address in the local authority and a number of apprentices were also registered with employers based in the area.

In 2020, 48 pupils started Foundation Apprenticeships in schools at SCQF Level 4-6 in this area.

In 2019-20 we invested over £2.1m in the local area.
