Key data from Angus

From 1st of April 2020 to 31st of March 2021 we have supported 12 employers and 237 individuals dealing with redundancy.

As of the 1st of March 2021 there were 929 Modern Apprentices in training. The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in Angus is 77%.

From 1st April 2020 to 1st January 2021 we supported 245 Modern Apprenticeship starts.

In 2019-20 there were 27 registered Graduate Apprentices with a home address in the local authority and 18 registered with employers based in the area.

From 1st June 2020 to 31st March 2021 we delivered 6,208 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 3,656 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

From 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021, 2,866 people have registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

My World of Work

From 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 we funded 179 Employability Fund starts.

From 1st April 2020 to 31st March we delivered 1,727 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 647 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The 2020 Annual Participation Measure showed that of the 4,762 16-19 year olds in Angus 91.4% were in education, employment or training and personal development.
