Key data from Aberdeenshire

From 1st of April 2020 to 31st of March 2021 we have supported 46 employers and 2,388 individuals dealing with redundancy.

As of the 1st of March 2021 there were 1,889 Modern Apprentices in training. The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in Aberdeenshire is 78%.

From 1st April 2020 to 1st January 2021 we supported 427 Modern Apprenticeship starts.

In 2019-20 there were 69 registered Graduate Apprentices with a home address in the local authority and 40 registered with employers based in the area.

From 1st June 2020 to 31st March 2021 we delivered 10,330 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 6,453 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

From 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021, 4,169 people have registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

My World of Work

From 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 we funded 189 Employability Fund starts.

From 1st April 2020 to 31st March we delivered 3,088 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 1,177 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The 2020 Annual Participation Measure showed that of the 10,567 16-19 year olds in Aberdeenshire 92.3% were in education, employment or training and personal development.
