From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 we supported 7 employers and 124 individuals dealing with redundancy.
As of the 31 March 2025 there were 2,138 Modern Apprentices in training.
From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 we supported 1,151 Modern Apprenticeship starts. 70.4% of the starts in the local area were aged 16-24.
The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in Aberdeenshire is 79.8%.
From 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025 we delivered 21,208 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 13,490 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.
As at the 31 May 2025 of the 15,434 maintained school pupils in the local authority, 73% were registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.
From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 we delivered 2,397 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 1,281 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.
The December 2024 Interim Participation Snapshot showed that of the 11,728 16-19 year olds in Aberdeenshire 93.4% were in education, employment or training and personal development.
We work with local partners to support Foundation Apprenticeships.
