Key data from West Dunbartonshire

From 1st of April 2020 to 30th of September 2020 we have supported employers and 51 individuals dealing with redundancy.

As of 25th of September 2020 there were 804 Modern Apprentices in training. The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in West Dunbartonshire is 71%.

From 1st April 2020 to 25th September 2020 we supported 84 Modern Apprenticeship starts.

In 2019-20 there were 20 registered Graduate Apprentices with a home address in the local authority and 12 registered with employers based in the area.

From 1st June 2020 to 30th September 2020 we delivered 951 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 694 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

From 1st April 2020 to 30th September 2020, 570 people have registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

From 1st April 2020 to 25th September 2020 we funded 94 Employability Fund starts.

From 1st April 2020 to 30st September 2020 we delivered 1,599 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 693 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The 2020 Annual Participation Measure showed that of the 3,707 16-19 year olds in West Dunbartonshire 90.2% were in education, employment or training and personal development.
