From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 we supported a number of employers and individuals dealing with redundancy.
As of the 31 March 2025 there were 782 Modern Apprentices in training.
From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 we supported 508 Modern Apprenticeship starts. 56.9% of the starts in the local area were aged 16-24.
The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in South Ayrshire is 80.3%.
From 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025 we delivered 10,228 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 5,576 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.
As at the 31 May 2025 of the 6,285 maintained school pupils in the local authority, 71% were registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.
From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 we delivered 1,075 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 596 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.
The December 2024 Interim Participation Snapshot showed that of the 4,721 16-19 year olds in South Ayrshire 93.8% were in education, employment or training and personal development.
We work with local partners to support Foundation Apprenticeships.
