In the last 12 months to the 30th of June 2019 we supported 3 employers and 51 individuals dealing with redundancy.

As of 28th of June 2019 there were 662 Modern Apprentices in training.

From 1st April 2019 to 28th June 2019 we supported 70 Modern Apprenticeship starts.

The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in Moray is 61%.

From 1st June 2018 to 31st May 2019 we delivered 7,735 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 3,577 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

From 1 April 2019 to 30 June 2019, 358 people have registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

From 1st April 2019 to 28th June 2019 we funded 22 Employability Fund starts.

From 1st April 2019 to 30th June 2019 we delivered 496 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 234 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The 2019 Annual Participation Measure showed that of the 3,744 16-19 year olds in Moray 91.3% were in education, employment or training and personal development.

We help local employers in Moray make sure they have the right skills now and in the future by providing support and advice on skills, talent development and funding.

Supporting partners in Moray

We work closely with schools across Moray, supporting the My World of Work aspects of the School Partnership Agreements. Your local Partner Development and Integration Executive can help with:

Delivery of the successful My World of Work School Ambassador programme
Raising awareness and building capacity amongst teachers to use all the online resources available, including the recently developed Lesson Inserts
Developing new Lesson Inserts. A simple way to link the curriculum with careers

We've also organised update and awareness sessions for other local partner organisations, including after care and follow-up sessions to ensure the efficient embedding of My World of Work in their services. This has included working with the Moray LA Career Management Skills Officer.
