Key data from Argyll and Bute

From 1st of April 2020 to 31st of March 2021 we have supported 20 employers and 391 individuals dealing with redundancy.

As of the 1st of March 2021 there were 560 Modern Apprentices in training. The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in Argyll & Bute is 76%.

From 1st April 2020 to 1st January 2021 we supported 146 Modern Apprenticeship starts.

In 2019-20 there were 10 registered Graduate Apprentices with a home address in the local authority and 13 registered with employers based in the area.

From 1st June 2020 to 31st March 2021 we delivered 3,713 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 2,145 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

From 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021, 1,595 people have registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

My World of Work

From 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 we funded 68 Employability Fund starts.

From 1st April 2020 to 31st March we delivered 653 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 347 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The 2020 Annual Participation Measure showed that of the 3,185 16-19 year olds in Argyll & Bute 94.1% were in education, employment or training and personal development.
