Key data from Argyll and Bute

From 1st of April 2020 to 31st of December 2020 we have supported 19 employers and 390 individuals dealing with redundancy.

As of the 1st of January 2021 there were 505 Modern Apprentices in training. The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in Argyll & Bute is 75%.

From 1st April 2020 to 1st January 2021 we supported 146 Modern Apprenticeship starts.

In 2019-20 there were 10 registered Graduate Apprentices with a home address in the local authority and 13 registered with employers based in the area.

From 1st June 2020 to 31st December 2020 we delivered 1,716 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 1,212 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

From 1st April 2020 to 31st December 2020, 1,259 people have registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

My World of Work

From 1st April 2020 to 1st January 2021 we funded 57 Employability Fund starts.

From 1st April 2020 to 31st December 2020 we delivered 477 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 274 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The 2020 Annual Participation Measure showed that of the 3,185 16-19 year olds in Argyll & Bute 94.1% were in education, employment or training and personal development.
