From 1 June to 30 September 2025 we delivered 2,996 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 2,472 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

As at the 30 September 2025 of the 6,745 maintained school pupils in the local authority, 89% were registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

From 1 April to 30 September 2025 we delivered 1,828 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 875 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The Annual Participation Measure 2025 showed that of the 6,393 16-19 year olds in Dumfries & Galloway 94.3% were in education, employment or training and personal development.

In 2022-23, 45 pupils started Foundation Apprenticeships in schools at SCQF Level 4-6 in this area.
