From 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 we supported 34 employers and 1,292 individuals dealing with redundancy.

As of the 31 March 2024 there were 3,588 Modern Apprentices in training.

From 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 we supported 2,472 Modern Apprenticeship starts. 57.3% of the starts in the local area were aged 16-24.

The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in Glasgow City is 75.6%.

From 1 June 2023 to 31 March 2024 we delivered 49,971 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 25,585 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

As at the 31 March 2024 of the 29,705 maintained school pupils in the local authority, 67% were registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

The May 2024 Interim Participation Snapshot showed that of the 22,263 16-19 year olds in Glasgow City 90.1% were in education, employment or training and personal development.

In 2021-22 there were 152 registered Graduate Apprentices with a home address in the local authority and 284 registered with employers based in the area.

In 2021-22, 323 pupils started Foundation Apprenticeships in schools at SCQF Level 4-6 in this area.
