My World of Work is now the new home for Digital Tech careers info.
The refreshed site’s new Digital Technologies homepage will bring across vital and popular content from Digital World.
Employers in every sector needs digital skills – from tourism and food and drink to construction, creative and engineering – and SDS is keen to move with this evolution by positioning digital skills as part of the wider careers offer.
Moving the content from Digital World onto My World of Work also simplifies the journey for users and makes the digital content more accessible.
Individuals will be able to access a wealth of information on careers in digital tech via the new Digital Technologies home page. This will act as a hub on My World of Work for information about the sector, recruitment and routes in, as well as highlighting key job profiles and sub-sectors.
Tech Industry in the Classroom resources are also on the move to SDS’s Employer Hub. As well as resources to support engaging with schools, the Employer Hub can support businesses to manage their skills needs, get help to upskill and reskill where it’s needed and and guidance with workforce planning.
Digital World itself will be switched off once the transfer is complete.
