From 1 June to 31 December 2022 we delivered 1,179 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 749 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The 2022 Annual Participation Measure showed that of the 1,019 16-19 year olds in Eilean Siar 96.2% were in education, employment or training and personal development.

In 2021-22 there were 5 registered Graduate Apprentices with a home address in the local authority and 5 registered with employers based in the area.

In 2020-21, 54 pupils started Foundation Apprenticeships in schools at SCQF Level 4-6 in this area.

In 2021-22 we invested over £1m in the local area.
