PACE is a demand led service responding to redundancies in the local area as such from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 there was no requirement for PACE support for either employers or individuals.

As of the 31 March 2024 there were 301 Modern Apprentices in training.

From 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 we supported 161 Modern Apprenticeship starts. 56.5% of the starts in the local area were aged 16-24.

The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in Eilean Siar is 76.3%.

From 1 June 2023 to 31 March 2024 we delivered 2,170 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 1,348 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

As at the 31 March 2024 of the 1,436 maintained school pupils in the local authority, 79% were registered on myworldofwork.co.uk.

From 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 we delivered 763 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 261 post-school customers through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

The May 2024 Interim Participation Snapshot showed that of the 1,111 16-19 year olds in Eilean Siar 96.9% were in education, employment or training and personal development.

In 2021-22 there were 5 registered Graduate Apprentices with a home address in the local authority and 5 registered with employers based in the area.

In 2021-22, 72 pupils started Foundation Apprenticeships in schools at SCQF Level 4-6 in this area.
