FIPS Customer Support
FIPS users must now submit requests for support using the User Requests entity within FIPS. The user request (URH) functionality replaces the help form – users should raise requests directly within FIPS.
More information on how to raise tickets can be found using the self-service help guides tab below. There is a URH drop-down that contains details on how to manage tickets.

FIPS is used for all new MA, FA, GA, EF and ITA starts.
