The importance of lived experience

The Career Review has completed the most comprehensive review of Scotland’s career system in a generation.

The review has engaged hundreds of practitioners, partners and people entitled to services to co-design how services are delivered.

Oliver Stan is one of hundreds of young people who gave up their time to support the work of the Career Review.

In this world right now, children don’t really have much of a say. We need to learn how to understand children and what they think inside. I think it’s important that young people’s voices are heard because they could have such good ideas that could impact upon the world.
