Careers Guidance one-one engagement during S1-S3

Universal 1:1 Engagement by End of S3

All pupils will be advised of their entitlement to a 1:1 career guidance engagement with a Careers Adviser during their broad general education (BGE - S1-S3) phase as detailed in the Career Education Standard and are proactively encouraged to use this entitlement by the end of S3.

Engagements can be initiated at any time through self-referral or partner referral, ensuring that pupils can access support when they need it most.
