We support individuals from all communities through a range of inclusive programmes, to increase their work-based and employability skills, enabling them to take their first steps into the labour market, or to make successful career change and progression.
Individual Training Accounts
Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria for SDS Individual Training Accounts (ITA) may qualify for £200 a year towards training. And because it's not a loan, the money doesn't need to be paid back.
No One Left Behind is the strategy for placing people at the centre of design and delivery of employability services. It promotes a strengthened partnership approach where partners from the third, private and public sector come together to form Local Employability Partnerships in each local authority.
