Results Helpline 2026 - help us spread the word!

Results Day 2026 is Tuesday 4 August and Skills Development Scotland (SDS) is asking our partners and stakeholders to help raise awareness of the Results Helpline at this crucial time for young people, parents and carers.

This year almost 150,000 learners across Scotland are receiving their Qualifications Scotland results. SDS’s Results Helpline will once again provide free, impartial advice and guidance, helping these young people and their families understand their options and plan their next steps.

To support communications activity, SDS has produced a partner communications toolkit which is packed with ready-to-use resources and content to help organisations share information about the helpline and the support available.

The Results Helpline is delivered entirely remotely, with careers advisers working from their homes, SDS centres and community delivery sites supporting callers from across the country. The team of volunteer experts will be backed by the dedicated Results Helpline project team.
