Career Stories podcast - new episode
The ninth episode of the podcast is out today!
Inspirational hospitality and business hero, Hannah sits down for the new episode of Career Stories.
In the latest episode of the podcast, Hannah, who is Sales and Business Development Manager at SEC Glasgow, talks about her incredible, award winning career so far.
Hannah has developed her career in hospitality and business over the past decade working for the likes of Chaophraya, Dakota Hotels and now SEC Glasgow. As well as her day-to-day role, Hannah shares her love for singing and how she uses her vocal talents to earn additional income while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Not content with her busy day (and evening) jobs, Hannah is also proud to lead a networking group for aspiring young female leaders in the hospitality industry. Earlier this year, her efforts were recognised by her peers, and she won a Women in Tourism Scholarship by HIT Scotland.
Of all the roles Hannah has held however, she holds her first job in the highest regard; being a housekeeper at Mar Hall. She tells hosts Joe and Carrie how the role was perfect for learning different skills vital in the industry and allowed her to then think about her career progression routes.
If you know someone who is interested in a career in hospitality, tourism and business in Scotland, this is an essential episode!
