Career Stories – new podcast launches

A brand-new podcast called 'Career Stories', presented by My World of Work, has launched today.

The podcast is hosted by Skills Development Scotland (SDS) Careers Advisers Joe and Carrie, who will be interviewing people from across the world of work.

Each weekly episode will feature an inspiring conversation where our hosts delve into each guest’s background and career journey, finding out what they love about their jobs and what skills they need in their role. There’s plenty of interesting insights and fun anecdotes to give listeners a personal view into different career paths.

The Career Stories podcast is the latest development from SDS, bringing career education to life across social media platforms. Following the success of content featuring careers advisers and interesting job stories on My World of Work’s TikTok and Instagram channels, the podcast showcases another example of trusted careers information being delivered across different platforms to engage people of all ages.

The series will also complement the latest Career Stories area of My World of Work, which further highlights interesting career conversations with a broad range of skilled people across different industries.
