From 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 we supported 5 employers and 147 individuals dealing with redundancy.

As of the 31 March 2024 there were 800 Modern Apprentices in training.

From 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 we supported 480 Modern Apprenticeship starts. 61.5% of the starts in the local area were aged 16-24.

The Modern Apprenticeship achievement rate in South Ayrshire is 75.4%.

From 1 June 2023 to 31 March 2024 we delivered 9,695 Career Information, Advice and Guidance engagements for 5,530 school pupils through a mix of group and one-to-one sessions.

In 2021-22 there were 17 registered Graduate Apprentices with a home address in the local authority and 13 registered with employers based in the area.

In 2021-22, 14 pupils started Foundation Apprenticeships in schools at SCQF Level 4-6 in this area.

In 2021-22 we invested over £3.6m in the local area.
