Employability Support

Employability support in Scotland is changing. No One Left Behind is the strategy for placing people at the centre of the design and delivery of employability services.

It promotes a strengthened partnership approach where partners from the third, private and public sector come together to form a Local Employability Partnerships (LEP) in each local authority.

The LEP work as one to identify local needs and make informed, evidence-based decisions to provide local employability provision that meet local need and labour market demands.

For more information about employability provision in your area please contact your local Career Information Advice and Guidance Centre who will be able to provide more information about local employability provision. Find your local centre of SDS office here.
