It's important for pupils to be able to get advice when they need it.

Throughout secondary school there are a range of planned engagements and activities that careers advisers deliver.

There are also specific times set aside for pupils to drop-in and get advice when needed.

  • Pupils can drop-in no matter what stage they're at. They could be looking for advice around subject choices, or thinking about their next steps when they leave school
  • Pupils don't need to make an appointment or give any advanced notice
  • Drop-in times will normally be advertised around the school and outside the careers adviser's base
