Mineral Products Qualification Council (MP Futures) is the approved sector body which represents the interests of the industries that make up the process and manufacturing sector.
These include: Building Products & Refractories, Coatings, Ceramics, Extractive & Mineral Processing, Furniture, Furnishings & Interiors, Glass and Related Industries, Paper, Printing and Wood.
The Extractive and Mineral Processing industries are is vital to our everyday lives - they provide the essential raw materials for use by the construction industry, agricultural, manufacturing and the energy production industry. MP Futures has developed Modern Apprenticeships at 2 different levels to support the skills need of the sector.
Minerals Extractives and Processing SCQF Level 5 and 6;
Frameworks Updated 28th November 2017 to include new QFI qualifications and reaccredited qualification codes.
