Young Scot is looking for young people aged between 15-24 to join them to discuss the important choices they need to make about learning, jobs and careers.

The Scottish Government is reviewing what is on offer to help and support young people at this stage in their lives.

Young Scot is working in partnership with research organisation SQW and the Scottish Government to deliver a series of workshops with young people across Scotland to get feedback on their learner journey.

The workshops will explore questions such as:

Are young people being properly supported to make decisions about learning and work?

  • Is the support that is on offer available to everyone?  Does it give young people what they need to move on in learning and work?
  • How easy is it for young people to progress in their learning  between school, college, training and / or university ?
  • What are your recommendations for improving the journey for all young people? How should Government investment be prioritised, for example

If you or anyone you know is aged 15-24 and might be interested in participating, please drop an email to with the following details:

  • Name
