SDS believes that non-employed Participants enrolled within National Training Programmes are entitled to learn in an environment which protects their health, safety and wellbeing at all times.

As such, SDS have established formal requirements in order to ensure that health, safety and wellbeing is managed to a high standard by both SDS and by Learning Providers involved in the delivery of National Training Programmes.

The following documents are applicable to Providers who deliver Employability Fund Programme services for SDS. These documents take effect from 01 April 2021 and Learning Providers will be expected to fully conform with all the requirements stated within from 01 May 2021.
