    A Skills Investment Plan to help attract more people to work in Scotland’s tourism sector and develop further skills has been launched. The plan has been developed on behalf of the Scottish Government by Skills Development Scotland, working with industry partners Scottish Tourism Alliance and the Tourism Skills Group.

    This Skills Investment Plan has been developed to support Scotland's food and drink industry growth strategy. The purpose of the plan is to support the achievement of targets in the industry growth strategy "Fresh Thinking" by highlighting the key actions that are in place, or will need to be put in place, to meet the skills for growth needs of the industry.
