Completed Service Delivery Agreements (SDAs) with local authorities in Scotland.
The current operating environment underlines the need to ensure
that our services are delivered in close collaboration with local
partners delivering what is relevant to local areas and aligning
our integrated services.
In this respect, a key development for us is the implementation
of our Service Delivery Agreements with Local Authorities (LA) in
the context of the wider Community Planning Partnerships
(CPPs).
SDAs embed and clarify the contribution of SDS services within
the collective efforts of all local partners to address local needs
and agreements within each LA. They outline priorities on skills,
learning and employability issues and are used both as a review
tool and as a basis to further develop joint working.
