The Equality Toolkit has been developed by SDS to support our staff and partners to embed equality into everyday practice. It provides information on the Equality Act 2010, with associated case studies.
The toolkit contains information on potential barriers people
may face when moving into employment, training or education and the
type of support available to help overcome them.
The Toolkit will also support employers and training providers
to be aware of good practice in equality and diversity and help
ensure they are attracting and retaining the best
employees/trainees. It also contains fact files and cultural
information.
We will continue to develop and update the Equality Toolkit. If
