What is PACE redundancy support?

Categories: PACE, redundancy

Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE) is a Scottish Government redundancy initiative that provides the support and guidance necessary to get you back into work as quickly as possible.

Working closely with Jobcentre Plus and a range of other national and local partners, Skills Development Scotland provides skills development and employability support for people affected by redundancy.

The support we will give you includes help with finding work, applying for jobs, finding training and careers advice.

If you need help with any of this and would like to talk to someone, call our free helpline on 0808 100 1855 or you can get free, impartial advice from one of our careers advisers at your local centre.

The "Facing Redundancy?" section of the Careers Scotland website has lots of information which will be useful to you if you are facing redundancy, or are worried that you might be about to lose your job.
