Skills Development Scotland's annual Operating
Plan for 2010-11 has now been published.
This plan complements our three year Corporate
Plan (published in January) by detailing what we aim to deliver in
the year ahead to help achieve our corporate goals.
The year's programme includes our continued
commitment to core career and training services and skills
interventions, alongside the development of new approaches and
services that will extend our reach, better serve customers and
deliver greater value.
