Skills Development Scotland Employer Engagement Advisers are hosting a series of free regional workshops to help firms across Scotland access the Skills for Growth fully funded business review and give an update on apprenticeships.

Skills for Growth incorporates a one day skills review for SMEs with five to 250 employees that helps employers understand the training needs of the business to help them achieve their objectives and support growth. It combines a free skills analysis with support and guidance throughout the process.

This week, Lynne Lambie features at Argyll and Bute Business Gateway’s Enterprise Week, which includes presence within the showcase event at Raising the Bar: Food & Drink in Argyll in Inveraray on Wednesday, 8 November.

Lynne will also present at the InCube Business Base in Paisley on Tuesday, 14 November at 2pm as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week (13-19 November).

As part of Moray Business Week (8-15 November),  Roddy Innes will co-host a workshop at Moray College UHI on Monday, 13 November at 10am until 12noon in partnership with the college, which will also provide information on its range of CPD training that employers can offer staff.

Roddy will also host the free Business Boosters workshop, which takes place on 27 November at 12noon in Aberdeen City Council headquarters, Marischal College.
