Parents, carers, young people, teachers and employers are getting the chance to talk about careers, employability and creativity skills at a series of events in Edinburgh.

The Career Conversations are a partnership between SDS and The City of Edinburgh Council, with the support of Creative Learning Networks, Creative Scotland and Education Scotland. Career Conversations are part of the wider series of Creative Conversations all about inspiring change within education.

Creativity skills are crucial for young people to help them think critically, problem solve and be innovative when developing new approaches to exisitng issues or addressing challenges in learning, life and work.

Creativity is also one of the most important qualities employers look for in their future workforce.

The events are open to the public, will be of particular interest to parents,.carers and young people, and will include refreshments.
