    Anne has been with us since May 2008 and was appointed as Chair of the Scottish Union Learning Board in the same month. She is also a Board Member of Scotland's Futures Forum.

    Caroline Stuart has held the post of Scotland Director for Oracle Corporation Ltd since 2009. Caroline sits on various boards and committees in Scotland including on the Board of E Skills, Scotland IS, the New Engineering Foundation (NEF) and Career Academy UK.

    Damien has over 16 years' experience in economic and social initiatives in Glasgow. He was previously Chief Executive of the Scottish University for Industry and the Govan Initiative.

    Graeme Waddell is Chairman of Energen Biogas, a renewable energy company which he has recently established. Graeme is a Director on the Board of Scottish Enterprise.

    John has extensive experience across the private and public sectors. In addition to being our Chairman, John is also Chair of the Scottish Funding Council and NQC Ltd.

    Keith Howell has over twenty years of private sector management experience, having held finance and management executive Director positions in the industrial and construction sectors.

    Margaret Morrison is the Account General Manager of Hewlett Packard Scotland. Margaret worked on secondment to SDS from 2009 to 2011 in the role of Special Advisor on Industry.

    Martin Togneri has considerable senior level experience in the private, public and higher education sectors.

    Paul McKelvie has held senior positions within the private sector having served as Director of ScottishPower Learning and Corporate Responsibility between 2000 and 2007.

    Robin Crawford is a law graduate of Glasgow University and a Chartered Accountant. He was an adviser to SDS prior to his appointment to the SDS Board.
